Shipping is effected within 2 working days from the date of receipt of payment. Loss of packages is very rare, and should that happen, a refund is issued, provided insurance has been purchased. Click here to see our insurance rates.

All single, and multiple orders totaling 2 kilos in weight are sent by Registered Air Small Parcel Post and take between 2 and 3 weeks to reach anywhere in the world. This is the cheapest mode of shipping and is totally reliable.

Items over 2 kilos are sent by Express Mail or Courier. This delivers in 8 days and is economical for multiple purchases, and totally reliable.

For larger consignments, we ship via Air Cargo & Sea Cargo, in full or part containers, minimum 2 cubic meters.
Cost for shipping by sea is based on volume, and for air, by weight. Ask for quote.

Goods are packed with total care. Should they be damaged, a refund is issued.

There is no packing or forwarding charge for shipments by Mail or Courier.

Shipping by DHL to USA is exactly the same as EMS as stated above, except for the first 500 grams is $25.00.
